Product Features:
-
Maintenance-free, compact & efficient: Low power consumption, strong anti-interference capability, stable operation.
-
Brushless design: Pollution-free, electronic commutation, long lifespan.
-
Vibration-dampening base: Includes adjustable silicone cushion to absorb vibration and reduce noise for easier installation.
-
Fully waterproof: Stator and circuit board are epoxy-encapsulated and isolated from rotor, preventing leakage for long-term submersion.
-
Anti-jam technology: Eliminates issues like pump jamming or failure to start in complex environments.
-
High-precision shaft: Ceramic (zirconia) or stainless steel shaft with precision sleeve for high wear resistance. (Stainless steel option lowers cost.)
-
Customizable parameters: Adjustable voltage, head, etc., while keeping same size; wide voltage range operation.
-
Ultra-low failure rate: Failure rate reduced to below 0.05% through extensive R&D (vs. 2–3% on the market).
-
Speed control options: Supports PWM, 0–5V analog signal, or potentiometer speed regulation.
-
Series connection for higher head: Connect multiple pumps in series to double the head.
-
Submersible & inline use: Can operate externally if installed below liquid level.
Important Notes:
-
This is a submersible centrifugal pump. It must be immersed, or the inlet must be below the external water level to expel air before normal operation.
-
For pump selection, specify operating conditions: continuous runtime, water temperature, medium, etc. Pumps above 24W are not suitable for long-term use in water above 65°C. Consult a professional for the right model.
-
The current listed is the open-circuit current (pump in water without load) and represents the maximum. Under load, operating current drops to 70–85% of max.
-
The head is the maximum water lift height; flow drops to zero at the maximum head point.
-
The flow rate is measured under horizontal pumping conditions.
-
Do not run the pump dry for extended periods.
Applications:
-
EV cooling systems, industrial water circulation, water-cooled appliances, water dispensers, sanitary products
-
Shredders, hydroponics, water-heated mattresses, air conditioner drainage, aquariums, desktop ornaments
-
Foot baths, water heaters, PC liquid cooling, medical devices, pharmaceutical systems, chemical industry
-
